At BEEGLE, we ship directly from South Korea to most parts of the world. We work with trusted international couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us—we may be able to arrange special delivery.

South Korea: 1–3 business days
Asia-Pacific: 5–14 business days
North America & Europe: 7–14 business days
Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays. Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping Conditions
  • South Korea: Free shipping on orders over ₩30,000
  • International Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over USD $70
Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your BEEGLE experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

To start a return, please contact us at hello@beegle.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We'll either resend the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened nail strips.
International Customs & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from South Korea. Depending on your country's import regulations, your package may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import charges upon delivery.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures
